Welcome to Family Live (“Family Live”, “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Family Live mobile application and related services.

By registering for, accessing, or using Family Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About Family Live

Family Live is a social live-streaming platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage user profiles
• Participate in live audio and video rooms
• Host or watch live streams
• Communicate through chat and messages
• Follow and interact with other users
• Send and receive virtual gifts
• Use virtual coins and rewards
• Participate in PK and other live-room activities
• Receive notifications and other social interactions

Some features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your country to use Family Live.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Family Live is lawful in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the applicable minimum age, you may not create or use an account without legally valid authorization where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate applicable age requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may create or access your Family Live account using supported authentication methods, including Google Sign-In.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your account information reasonably up to date.
• Protect access to your account.
• Not share your account credentials with another person.
• Not impersonate another person.
• Not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless the activity occurred due to circumstances beyond your reasonable control.

4. Google Sign-In

If you use Google Sign-In, authentication is provided through Google.

Your use of Google services may also be subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Family Live does not receive or store your Google account password.

We may receive information made available to us by Google, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Live Audio and Video

Family Live allows users to host and participate in live audio and video streams.

When you join a live room:

• Your audio and/or video may be visible or audible to other participants and viewers.
• Your profile information may be displayed.
• Other users may interact with you through available features.
• Live-room activity may be recorded in system logs for operational, security, moderation, or legal purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast.

You must not use Family Live to broadcast content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may create, upload, broadcast, send, or otherwise provide content through Family Live, including:

• Live audio
• Live video
• Profile images
• Text messages
• Comments
• Chat messages
• Gifts or other interactive content

You retain ownership of content that you legally own.

However, by submitting or broadcasting content through Family Live, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, moderate, and improve Family Live.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit or broadcast the content.

7. Prohibited Content

You must not create, upload, broadcast, send, or promote content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Contains child sexual abuse or exploitation material.
• Sexually exploits or endangers minors.
• Contains non-consensual sexual content.
• Promotes terrorism or violent extremist activity.
• Threatens or encourages violence.
• Promotes self-harm or suicide.
• Harasses, threatens, stalks, or intimidates another person.
• Promotes hate or discrimination against protected groups.
• Impersonates another person or organization.
• Contains fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive schemes.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Contains malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempts to obtain another user's password or account.
• Promotes unauthorized gambling or other unlawful activities.
• Contains misleading financial or investment claims.
• Violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Otherwise creates a significant risk of harm to users or the platform.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

8. Harassment and Abuse

Family Live does not permit harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or abusive behavior.

You must not:

• Threaten another user.
• Repeatedly harass another user.
• Publish someone's private information without authorization.
• Encourage others to target or abuse a user.
• Use the platform to facilitate offline harm.

Users may report inappropriate behavior through available reporting mechanisms.

9. Virtual Coins

Family Live may provide virtual coins or similar virtual items.

Virtual coins:

• Are digital items used within Family Live.
• Are not real currency.
• Do not represent a bank deposit or financial asset.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly permitted by Family Live.
• Cannot be sold or transferred outside the App.
• Do not give you ownership of any company or financial asset.

We may modify the availability, pricing, earning mechanisms, or functionality of virtual coins where permitted by applicable law.

10. Virtual Gifts

Users may use virtual coins to send virtual gifts to other users.

Virtual gifts:

• Have no cash value outside the Family Live ecosystem.
• Are intended only for use within Family Live.
• May be subject to applicable limits and platform rules.
• May be affected by account suspension or termination.

We may investigate transactions involving suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

11. Purchases and Payments

Where Family Live provides paid virtual items or services, purchases may be processed through applicable app-store or payment-provider systems.

You agree to comply with the applicable payment provider's terms.

All purchases are subject to applicable law and the refund policies of the relevant platform or payment provider.

We may suspend transactions or accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, chargebacks, abuse, or other violations.

12. PK and Live Games

Family Live may provide PK battles, competitions, rankings, scores, or other interactive live-room features.

PK results, rankings, scores, rewards, and similar information may depend on the rules and technical operation of the relevant feature.

We may modify, pause, or terminate PK or game features at any time where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, fairness, or operational reasons.

Users must not manipulate rankings, scores, gifts, views, or other platform metrics through bots, scripts, fake accounts, collusion, or other unauthorized methods.

13. Followers and Social Features

Family Live may allow users to follow, unfollow, block, mute, or otherwise interact with other users.

You must use these features responsibly and must not use them for spam, harassment, manipulation, or abusive behavior.

We may limit or remove accounts that misuse social features.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You violate applicable laws.
• You engage in fraud or abuse.
• You create a security risk.
• You manipulate platform systems.
• You use unauthorized software or automated systems.
• You engage in harmful or abusive behavior.
• Your account is associated with suspicious transactions.
• We are required to do so by law or a competent authority.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action, but we may immediately suspend or terminate an account where necessary to protect users, the platform, or comply with legal requirements.

15. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Family Live account through the available account-deletion functionality.

After account deletion:

• Your account may no longer be accessible.
• Profile information may be deleted or anonymized.
• Certain information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Account deletion does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of information that we are legally required to retain.

16. Reporting Violations

If you believe that another user has violated these Terms, you may report the user or content through the reporting functionality available in Family Live or by contacting us.

We may review reports and take appropriate action, including:

• Removing content
• Restricting features
• Suspending accounts
• Terminating accounts
• Taking other measures permitted by applicable law

We do not guarantee that every report will result in a particular action.

17. Intellectual Property

Family Live and its associated software, branding, design, logos, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not:

• Copy the App.
• Modify or reverse engineer the App.
• Reproduce our branding.
• Sell or redistribute the App or its components.
• Attempt to extract source code.
• Use our trademarks without authorization.

18. Third-Party Services

Family Live may use third-party services, including services provided by:

• Google
• Firebase
• Agora
• Payment providers
• Cloud infrastructure providers
• Analytics, security, or crash-reporting providers

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent services operated by third parties.

19. App Availability

We aim to keep Family Live available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available.
• The App will be error-free.
• Live streams will always operate without interruption.
• Messages will always be delivered.
• Content will never be lost.
• The service will be available in every location.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network problems, technical failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

20. No Guarantee of User Content

Family Live is a platform for user-generated content.

We do not endorse every statement, opinion, image, video, audio stream, message, or other content posted by users.

Users are responsible for their own content and interactions.

You should exercise appropriate caution when communicating with other users.

Never share sensitive personal information with strangers through live rooms or chat.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Family Live and its operators, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

This may include, where legally permitted:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Loss of virtual items
• Loss resulting from service interruption
• User-to-user disputes
• Unauthorized access
• Technical failures

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family Live and its operators, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your user-generated content.
• Your misuse of Family Live.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.

23. Privacy

Your use of Family Live is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.

Your continued use of Family Live after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable consumer and other mandatory legal rights.
